Hello, I’m a scientist specializing in genome editing and protein engineering. In recent years, I have focused on discovering CRISPR nucleases and optimizing them to be more potent as gene therapeutics. I’ve also repurposed nucleases for alternative editing modalities.

When I’m not doing research, I like building software tools to streamline DNA design.
